“We loved where we lived, so there was little desire to move, but we were not running out of space with a growing family but we just wanted to renovate and repair works done at all floors so that all spaces we have can be utilised effectively in a pleasing manner. Maxwell Estates Builders quoted us a competitive price to extend and improve our house at a very discounted price and in doing so they exceeded all our expectations. Their consideration towards us was exemplary and we had never come across builders that were so tidy! The respect that they had for our house, our new baby and our dog was hugely appreciated and we trusted them implicitly. In terms of the refurbishments and renovation works they were punctual, on schedule and on budget; whilst maintaining superb attention to detail and dedication throughout.

We continue to use ground floor for living while interior and renovation work was going on first floor without any difficulty. When first floor was ready they started their work for ground floor. We are thankful to the guys for their hard work and for turning our house into a home that we love. We highly recommended them.

The main projects that Maxwell Estates Builders had done was refinishing four bathrooms which included re-tile, an entire shower and sink, re due the entire plumbing including on the fixtures, extractor, WC and all. The complete tiling works in Kitchen for about two sides wall. The replacement of water tank over the terrace was of utmost importance as it was very old and not usable. The complete house was painted with interior and exteriors paints using Asian paints to give best decorative look. I thank all the teams of Maxwell Estate Builders for executing their works on time to budget with so much care. All teams including Plumbers, Elecricians, Tiles Experts, Painter and Polishers, Carpenters were highly skilled in their work and approach. We highly recommend the teams lead by Brij Kumar and Abhishek Sharma for finishing our project on time before beginning of New Year.”
